Em abril, 56% dos adultos norte-americanos usaram a internet por meio de um dispositivo móvel, informou estudo da consultoria Pew Research Center’s Internet & American Life Project nesta quinta-feira (23/7).
O notebook foi o aparelho mais utilizado - 39% dos adultos com 18 anos de idade ou mais acessaram a web por ele. Um terço (32%) dos norte-americanos usaram seu celular ou smartphone para se conectar à internet. (via IDG)

NEW YORK – Mobile coupons are proving to be the ideal customer acquisition and retention tool, according to a panel at Mobile Commerce Spotlight, co-hosted by Mobile Marketer and the DMA.
While 2D bar codes still have a way to go to achieve mass adoption, mobile coupons delivered via SMS make it easy to acquire customers through value exchanges and retain them as a part of a company’s mobile loyalty program.
